Terms & Conditions for Renting Villa Amora

Here below are the terms & conditions for renting Villa Amora, TorreMirona Golf & Spa Resort.

Payment Terms

Deposit to be paid within 2 days after booking confirmation @ 25%

Balance collected 42 days (6 weeks) before the booking commences

Amount to be collected for a breakage deposit £200 or 300 Euros per booking and will be collected at time of final payment.

Period of time needed to check for breakages 7 days after stay. Deposit will be returned 7 days after the end of your stay via Paypal, Bank transfer or cheque, which ever method you used for payment.

Bookings will be cancelled after 5 days if no deposit has been paid.

Charges for Cancellations

• 8 weeks = deposit + 0%
• 6 weeks = deposit + 40%
• 4 weeks = deposit + 60%
• 2 weeks = deposit + 80%
• 1 week = deposit + 100%

Booking deposits are always non-refundable
